This is an interview by Jeff Harding where he talks with Estelle Williams.
http://www.espritcoaching.com.au/

Estelle was stuck and distracted and after struggling through various modalities, she was very worried that there was no answer for her.

In this audio, Estelle shares the challenges she had to making changes so that she could move forward with confidence:

  • She felt scattered.
  • Emotions were difficult to not only tune into, but then hang onto during the PSTEC Click Tracks.
  • Estelle tended to be analytical and get stuck because she did not have the answers.
  • While doing her change work, she was constantly distracted.
  • She found herself resisting the PSTEC process and being stuck in one place with no hope.

But, Estelle persisted and was consistent and she shares some of her experiences and subtlties that allowed her to get beyond the challenges and begin to let go of the barriers so that she could move from hopeless and helpless to freedom and confidence.

Thanks Estelle for sharing your experience with us… for the tips… for the hope.

  1. Thank You I downloaded and will listen first chance that I get. Thank you very much. I am looking forward to what you have to say.

    Best and Kind Regards

  2. Thank you. I look forward to listening to the interview. You may have some answers I’m looking for.

  3. Ben Andriessen says

Thank you, Estelle and Jeff, very interesting.I suppose the initial resistance has to do with the willingness to forgive oneself, yes or No. The shift from no to yes relates to overcoming our fears to delve into our subconscious mind for fear of waking up sleeping dogs.Yes? Once I take responsibility for that fear, I can shift that paradigm and start clicking and clearing.

  4. You’re always welcome, Ben. True, as Tim says, a sincere desire and intention to be successful on whatever you are working through will pay endless dividends. I have always said that this work is easy, it’s just that our unwillingness to let go of our past memories, perceptions, beliefs and behaviors, well, that’s what keeps us “stuck.” As I like to add, you will come more quickly along the path of letting go if you are willing to let go of EVERYTHING… not that you have to actually do it, but just be WILLING.
    Aloha!

  5. Thanks for your comments Ben. Resistance I think is the unwillingness to change the status quo, at least for me, and the underlying fear that perhaps the process will not work – if I don’t try it, I can’t say I’ve failed! It’s interesting that you talk about forgiveness, and I think this can also be true. To overcome the resistance, I relied on the energy and hope that I get out of immersing in others’ successes via the forum and the interviews, which to me is invaluable.
Cheers to you and all the best
    Estelle

  6. It sounds interesting, and your description of your issues, were almost identical to mine. However, I kept losing focus on what you were saying and discussing, and so unfortunately I think I missed a lot. This hasn’t worked for me yet, and after trying many other modalities, it is frustrating.

    Thank you!

    John

    • Hi John… one of the requirements for success with PSTEC is focus and concentration on the issues you are looking to shift. When you target PSTEC correctly and are able to focus while running the Click Tracks, success in eminent. If you need some help, check the PSTEC Forum or the best track may be to enlist the help of a PSTEC Practitioner; look to the PSTEC Registry and remember that geography is not an issue as most practitioners can help you over the phone or Skype.
      Aloha!
      Jeff
