How to Work with No Feelings and No Memories

This is an interview by Jeff Harding where he talks with a PSTEC and
EFT user named Michael.

This recording is a bit longer than most of our stories (about 35 minutes) but may give you some ideas, tips and help when you encounter the issue of having “no feelings or memories.”
You can either listen in using this online player or download to your computer, iPod or mp3 player.

Michael talks about his early life of separation, isolation and wondering what is wrong with him.

He also gives us a thought about “not feeling” or basically being numb and enlightens us about this subject.

His story is about coming from “no feelings” to completely being aware of all feelings.

It is also about how discovering the awareness of his feelings allowed memories to come forth through his mind
in the name of healing so he could transcend a life of being shut down to one where he can actually allow Life to begin to flow.

Thanks Michael to opening up to us … this is a fairly common issue so the tips and perspectives you gave us, may help many people begin to open up themselves and allow the healing to come through.

PSTEC Stories and Interviews are about how everyday people with everyday issues are using PSTEC to help them transcend those issues. These stories are provided to help you learn ways that PSTEC might help you or give you tips about how to use PSTEC.

These are actual stories and events representing this individual’s particular experience and while the stories and experiences are quite impressive, they do not guarantee nor indicate that you would also achieve the same results.

I applaud you for the effort to help yourself thru all the patience from shutting yourself off. This is fantastic that you are so aware of yourself, and to work on the numb feeling in a positive way of release and replace. Be at peace and continue your great work.

Thank you for your story. I am currently looking to start or to join a support group for spouses living with a spouse with PTSD. There is such a huge need for help for all of us spouses dealing with our own form of WAR.

Can PSTEC work to help with addiction? Also, I too am a surivor and have been diagnosed with PTSD. I used the click tracks just thinking I am willing to do anything to stop this pain, I truly did not think it would do anything. I was so amazed after using it. I have now used it many other times during extreme emotional pain.

I really want to thank you for your honesty and courage to speak about your own abuse. I have always kept a lot of my stuff secret and have felt somewhat responsible for it. I no longer feel that way.
