Hi referring to 1:09:00 I thought in the Pstec Positive instructions it was instructed to NEVER use words like “not” or “dont” so I am a little thrown off by the statement “Their (or names) expectation is not important” Because you’re mentioning importance and I thought the sub learns words logically? and therefore you’re asking something NOT to happen rather than it being positive. I would really love for you to clear this up for me? thanks alot.

You are absolutely correct and the PSTEC Positive instructions state that for a reason and that is to keep things simple and that “rule” (and I use that term loosely) applies to most scenarios. But, it also depends; using terms like “not” and “don’t” can be used in a certain way. Tim explains this back around the 39:00 mark… go back to that portion of the video and listen for a few minutes.
